REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or not collected from the designated post office or delivery point, it will be returned to us. Once the package has been received back, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees applicable to their shipping destination. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total at checkout.
