Refund policy

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make an exception in accordance with the policy below. In such cases, we will offer an exchange or refund at our expense.

Please note that we do not keep replacement stock. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used at checkout once the return has been processed. Depending on your card provider’s billing cycle, the refund may appear in the following month or later.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Request Process

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Your phone number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, our team will guide you through the return or refund procedure.
